
Here is where I share my kitchen adventures and experiments. I strongly, firmly believe that food we make ourselves nourishes our bodies AND our souls. By making as much as I can from scratch (in true Homesteader fashion) I control what goes into what I make, my homestead’s environmental footprint, and my finances!
Not to mention that when you start with quality, local, painfully fresh ingredients, the end product is: So. Frigging. Good. (And how hard can making cheese be?) (Stay tuned for that screw-up!)
